A poster session will be held Tuesday June 15th at the IDCAST 711 E. Monument Street location between 1:00 and 2:00 pm. If you want to present a poster please send a word document with a title, authors with their affiliation, and a 200 word abstract to Dr. Gilbert Pacey, paceyge@muohio.edu.
Deadline for posters is June 5, 2010
POSTER FORMAT
Posters may be in portrait or landscape format, with maximum dimensions of 48” (longest dimension) × 36” (shortest dimension).
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is this a good opportunity to disseminate information about my/my group’s research?
Yes, indeed. The poster will likely be viewed by other scientists, business leaders and members of government.
Should someone be available near my poster to answer questions during the session?
Yes, definitely.
May I tape or pin my poster to a wall?
Sorry, posters may not be affixed in any way to walls of the host venue.
My poster is oversized – may I display it?
Sorry, oversized posters may not be displayed in the session.
I didn’t submit an abstract, but plan to simply bring a poster to display. Is this OK?
Sorry, as this is a professional meeting only posters for which an abstract was properly submitted and accepted, and which meet the format requirements, will be displayed.
